Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every brew, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all Fellow products in their original packaging. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your countertop, we'll help you find a solution that is.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original Fellow packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
